No new transactions

Current transactions are not showing in the ledger

If you do not see new transactions in your ledger, there are two possible solutions.

1. Sync your transactions manually

From the menu button, three lines at the top left of the dashboard, select the Accounts.

The Accounts screen will have a Sync Now button at the bottom. Clicking this button will allow you to sync transactions manually. This option is only available for use once every 24 hours.

2. A financial account login may need to be updated

From the menu button, three lines at the top left of the dashboard, select the Accounts.

Click the gear icon at the top right on the All Accounts screen.

The Financial Institutions screen will provide a list of your connected institutions. 

Click on an institution, then click the Update Login button at the bottom of the screen.

We will launch our connection widget and provide you either confirmation the connection is working or the option to enter updated login credentials or authentication options.


If neither of these methods fails, please reach out to our support team and we will research a solution to your issue.
