We utilize the subscription management built into each app store. Any changes to your subscriptions will need to be made using the app store and the account to create your initial subscription.
For example, you purchased your initial subscription using an iOS device for iTunes user abc@icloud.com. Any changes or cancellations must be performed using access to iTunes subscription management for user abc@icloud.com.

You may access management of subscriptions on iOS devices by navigating to Settings>Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases>Subscriptions.
Subscriptions management on Android devices.
Open the Google Play app on Android devices, then tap the profile icon at the top right. Then tap Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions.
