Saving Transaction Name as Accountant

The name will not save on transactions when logged in as an accountant

Status: OPEN

Issue: When saving a transaction when logged in as an Accountant, it is not properly storing the name in the database.

Recommendation: At this time, we request all transaction categorization be performed when logged in as an admin/user account. Please do not attempt to categorize and approve any transactions as an accountant.
